I am trying my hand at cuttings from a 50 year old apple tree on our property. I have started about 50 cuttings using different methods i have read about. the tree i believe is a semi dwarf honeycrisp. Am i correct that my cuttings when fully grown will produce honey crisp apples or is it like planting seeds where you never know what you will get?

Also will the tree size be semi dwarf like the parent tree or will it be full grown?
