My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My best friend the mailman came today and brought a beautiful 3 tipped ET Lemon Drop. Sooo happy! :)

Ever since Jen got her ETLD last summer I've had it on my must-have list. Now, this one isn't near as large as hers, but it is a beauty. I'll have to post pics when I get her potted up. The inflo scar is fairly new looking so I'll not expect flowers til next year. Hopefully!
