I purchased several Cattleya orchids from Kawamoto Orchid Nursery at the Northwest Flower & Garden Show. I successfully transported them on the plane back to North Pole, Alaska where they are happily opening their buds.

The woman I spoke to at the show was pleasant and helpful. (I believe she was the owner.) All their orchids were GORGEOUS and looked healthy. I felt their prices were exceptionally reasonable for what you get. I second the recommendation.

Regrettably I have misspelled their name. It's Kawamoto with an "a" second letter. They have a website but I'm not sure if I can post it without violating the TOS. If you google Kawamoto Orchids it will come right up.

I've bought several times from Kawamoto. Their plants are good and big for the money. The $6 seedlings take well. Definitely a good un.
