I recently had such a disappointing experience with Stark Bros on line nursury. I bought $187 worth of roses, hydrangeas, an almond tree, and few others,( which never arrived). So un-happy when I opened the boxes, the roses were all wilted, and so small, the roots and dirt were all over the place, the hydrangeas, 2 of them in stick dormant form, which did not state in the lsiting, and the other were tiny. all the plants were in very poor condition, and expensive. I called them immediately, was treated like a I was lying, they did not offer replacements, or refunds, they told me I had to pay to ship it all back, I felt that was wrong, and after being on hold for 15min, they said they would call UPS for a pick up. NIGHTMARE. I would not recommend this company, they state wonderful guarantee's , customer service etc, but it is not like this at all.
