Did you pay for more than one? If you did it should show on your confirmation vs the order screen. I began copying the order screen to match with the confirmation when I had a problem similar to this. Luckily I had the company attempt to order the same plant and they duplicated the problem. Once that happened they knew there was a problem. Before they thought I was trying to get free plants. The order screen showed several plants at one amount but the confirmation screen and the charge to my card were another amount. Don't know if this will prevent future problems. I too like there plants.

Well, they've closed now anyhow...which is a damn shame because it was one of the best nurseries in the country.

FWIW I've ordered regularly from her for over 10 years, including multiples items, multiple times (especially Cyclamen, for which she always had the best prices) and never had any problem other than something being canceled because of crop failure, for which she either issued a refund check or, in later years, just didn't charge my card.

Wow, I'm so sorry to learn she has closed. I heard her speak last fall in Rochester NY, intended to place an order this spring, and now it's too late forever!
