My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Crossman's Seeds are great

I ordered 4 packs Lobelia, Shirley Poppy, Red Salvia, and Zinnia. They are only .99 a pack and shipping was free. Customer service was great. All of them germinated quickly and lushly. (I winter sow).
I can't speak to the final result yet, but I am immensely pleased. Somewhat of a limited selection, but if they have what you want, a great place.
