Roxanne, I have one plant that has been doing that forever. Big problem is that the branch never really grows well. When they are a little big bigger I cut them and use it to start another one. Barb

That actually happened to a plumeria cutting I got... Even posted it here in a different forum as well... Here is a picture... I plan on cutting it and rooting it separately...
