I purchased rose plants from Jung this year. I have been buying seeds for a number of years and have been happy with prices and results and tried a buy one get one on roses. There was a shipping hitch and they sent two more roses. no charge. I have been unhappy with the teas that were sent and complained.The teas were still growing but have never flowered. After a phone call and a email Jung agreed to credit my account. The floribundas that were sent by mistake grew well and flowered. The teas I wanted might do better next season. I will be shopping the Jung catalog again. They do stand by their guarantee.
