I haven't had any personal experience with this company but looking at their feedback I wouldn't order from them.

I ordered from them this last winter and before i ever knew about this posting for different companies, well my packages came and they were the most beautiful I have ever recieved from any co. In fact a reblooming lilac tree was full of leaves, I planted it (to earily) thought I killed it but it is so healthy, it is now showing signs of buds apppearing. Maybe it has to do with the economy and they know if they don't do better, they will not survive. But everything i ordered, irises, sweet cherry tree, blue poppies, delph. all are in excellent shape. Maybe mine was a fluke, in that case I would suggest that you try one item...an inexpensive one first.

I ordered from them recently then I started thinking the prices were too good to be true I order same plants from another mail order nursery. The direct gardening plants arrived faster by a week and looked a lot better already leafing out I knew they were arriving dormant so I was pleasantly surprised with what I received.
