Contamination..

it's possible to contaminate the cambium with some chimera..I read something about that couples years ago

I found a couple of leaf of a spÃ©cial tree.. only a branch has this particularity...I can graft but if I lost my graft...

for this summer I put some part of leaf in the cambium.....

excuse my english...

Never heard of this before, but it doesn't sound impossible, just like it might be very difficult to accomplish in practice.

You did not mention what kind of tree it was, but I think, in most cases, I would trim the branch tip to get side branches to form, and then try grafting or even cuttings if the species is amenable to these propagation methods. The other seems chancy at best.

prÃ©sently I have some branche(beginning) with ginkgo leaf
Syringa with lilac(Dapled Dawn) and Pyrus (leaf Malus)
Syringa reticulata with lilac golden eclipse..
