Hi Mark,
Our website is clear that orders received will ship the following Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Your order came in on 11/10/2009 and shipped out the following Tuesday on 11/17/2009. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure that the plants are not stuck at the post office over the weekend. So your plants were not 2 weeks late, and I'm not sure why you have stated this. Our shipping policy is listed on our website, and is even on our main page for clarification.
I'm not sure what you are referring to about the bloom on Petunia. These plants are not shipped unless they are blooming true. Petunia has a purple/white stripe and is standard.
I truly would hope that any issues be brought to us directly. But hopefully you will read this for clarification and know in the future of our terms.
