I won an echinopsis plant on Ebay and paid via Paypal. They did provide a tracking #. After 1 month the plant showed that it was still sitting in the NV post office. I contacted the seller several times and even twice by phone. His attitude was that it was the problem of the P.O. and not his. I asked him several times to check with his local P.O. He said he couldn't waste his time standing on the long line to see what was going on with the pkg. I contacted EBay's resolution center and surprisingly within a week the plant arrived. It was alive but pale in color and eventually died. When I told him I was contacting Ebay he could care less. I will never bid on his auctions again. Not worth the aggrevation. I am in zone 6 not 10.
