Hibiscus grafting

Has anyone tried to graft different colored Hibiscus together and survived? Maybe by budding? Or can it be done at all ?

Have not grafted since easy to propagate from cuttings. Asume you are talking about "Tropical Hibiscus" then should be able to "bud graft"
