misting system

I want a misting system on my propagation bed. The first question is are misting systems always used together with some sort of greenhouse or cover - my propagation bed is under a tree without cover. What do I have to look for? I found an Aussie supplier on the net "hoselink" do you have any idea if it's quality stuff?
