using fungicides for cuttings

Is it good to dip cutting's end in a powdered fungicide (such as Mancozeb ) or irritate planted cuttings with diluted liquid fungicide to prevent rotting? Can it harm cuttings or disturb the rooting process?
I would appreciate any answers and ideas.
