Joan, the Mardi Gras blooms appear to vary widely in color and pattern depending on the weather and location. I have several on the referenced web page, and some of them look quite different. tdogdad has posted a number of photos of MG in this forum, and they look completely different than mine. I hope you like yours.

If you're referring to the left coast, tdogdad can show you some beautiful photos with color. The colors are different than mine, but every one of his was a beauty. I hope he reposts them so you can see just how great they look.

thanks...Costa Mesa gets a lot hotter than Ventura....even some people that have them in Camarillo here get totally different colors due to their 10-20 degrees hotter than on the beach. mahalo, roxanne
