My neighbors "Gardena" grows like a weed and always has multiple tips when it blooms. It's a pretty big tree, so occasionally will produce a crested tip. It gets a lot of pruning due to its size so I'm not sure what ultimately happens to them.
This one is pretty big, and has "an inflo"... Have you ever seen an inflo this big on a "tip" before?
