Oh my goodness. I feel for you guys. Poor plants! It is time for the storms to stop. We get our fair share of Hail and around here it is a four letter curse word.

good news is plumeria are very resilient. They look bad now but will come back even better.

Thanks for the encouragement - I was just sick when I got home and saw it. If there is some TLC you can recommend after this kind of trauma, I am all ears. When I bring it in for the season, It usually goes dormant and kind of takes care of itself, but this is the first time in 15 years that it's taken this kind of beating.

Bravo to you for growing plumeria at altitude! She'll bounce back in the spring, don't worry. It's late in the season now, but with some warm temps and sun she should grow out some new leaves. I'd leave the damaged ones on for now; if they're not serving the plant she'll start dropping them off on her own.

Thanks for the boost...i got a cane when I was in Hawaii years ago and this monster is what has become of it. The only problem I have is the night time temps are starting to dip below 50 so I will probably have to bring it in anyway. I wish I had some good long sunny days, but we can get snow this time of year, believe it or not. I really appreciate the helpful ideas!
