I was in the same boat last year, it takes a long time fore the super hots. I over-wintered them so they came in much quicker this year.

I'm in the same boat - I actually had three red morugas, made a sauce - but I think I expected them to heat up more sauce than I made - will be reprocessing the sauce with some more as soon as they turn, whenever that is... :(
