First Plumerias - 1 Year Anniversary

Hi plumeria enthusiasts, this is my first time posting.

I brought these two cuttings back from vacation in Hawaii last fall, and without really knowing what I'm doing, have managed to keep them alive and growing for almost a year. For a while they were living on my apartment windowsill in 6" pots, but they were getting big enough that I re-potted them in these substantially larger pots about a month ago. They're both about 24-36" tall at this point.

My main two questions are what I can do to cause them to branch out and what I can do to encourage them to flower (next spring/summer, presumably). I also am coming to understand a bit about wintering, though I won't be putting them outside until they don't really fit in this window anymore. Should I trim the leaves off and stop watering if they're inside?
