My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Toba's Fire (aka Embers)

This first-year plant continues to bloom and has started two small seed pods (visible near the top center of this photo). It hasn't produced a profusion of blooms all at one time, but it has bloomed all Summer and continues to produce new buds. Looks like a winner.
