I have a ton of peppers and since I can't eat them all I wanted to make some hot sauce but had some questions. Some recepes say to boil the bottles before and after putting your sauce in and some doesn't say to boil at all. I just wondered if it was necessary? Also recepes call for distilled vinegar. Is that just regular white vinegar from the store or is it different?
