yeah it was pretty dang funny! but i cannot wait to make some Douglah salsa, and a choc scorpion hot sauce! but i am keeping most of the seeds to germinate new plants to grow!

yeah, thats where i got the reciepe that i tried, it was a carrot based(not a big fan i found out! LOL) so next i will try a mango based sauce. i made a strawberry jelly with 1 douglah and its too hot for my GF and caused a good burn for breakfast this morning! LOL

thehotpeppers.com, there is a lot of good info to be found there, i took ingredients from one reciepe(did not really say how to cook everything) and cooked it based on ifo i read from a few differnt threads! good luck and let us know how it turns out!

i have to admit the jelly i made was not 100% hommade! i just infused store bought jelly with a Douglah! LOL was being lazy! but it worked well. added a diced up pepper with the jelly and warmed it up slowly till almost at a boil(it was at 195F then re bottled it and crazy thing was this morning when tasting it the lid "popped" as if it was brand new! LOL but it was good! nice flavor with a gradual kick!
