Nice "mini" harvest. How many plants do you have overall?

I wanna say like 40. I had 60 earlier in the season, but ditched quite a few for being slackers. I haven't counted how many still remain lately. somewhere in the "too many" range.

unless I'm mistaken, that starfish and a tabasco are the only non habanero-or-above peppers I'm growing this year. all the milds got tossed.

also, a fun lil story from not long after taking this pic.

as I was washing the peppers, I decided I was just gonna pop a starfish into my mouth and chew it up. I've eaten them whole before, they're delicious. they're fairly mild, so I figured it was safe.

little did I know that what I thought was a fairly large starfish was actually a fairly small/malformed moruga that wasn't as bumpy as the rest. right as my teeth crunched down on it I remembered picking that one. you can imagine how that went.

Nice haul!!
