Wilted pepper

I planted Carolina Reaper seeds outside in pots in late June in Wisconsin. When the plant had two pairs of leaves, I took the peppers to my sisters house in Orlando Florida. The last two weeks the temp has been in the low 90's. The plants are in the sun all day, but late afternoon it rains. Then the sun comes back out. My Carolina Reaper wilted. What should I do? Thanks
