yesterday i picked my peperoncini for the first time and i soaked the all night in brine and canned then today.
9 pints of garlic dill peperoncini.
now comes the wait for at least a month.
Monday i am going to pick the jalapeno peppers. i picked one plant yesterday and got 23 peppers off of it and i have 50 plants.
i slice them and they are nacho fodder.
i just dry my cayenne peppers and use them in cooking. i have 100 cayenne plants. well i ran out the year and i don't intend to let that happen this year.
i hope to get another picking off of the peperoncini.
