At least a 4.5. One of the few roses where the fragrance will waft easily into the air and you don't have to shove your face into it. Wonderfeul Damask fragrance.

A fellow local rosarian describes Sweet Chariot as, "A dance of lavender, lilac & purple. Weeping, cascading. The exotic Scent of an Elegant Woman."

I'm sold. Works for me. :)

Yipee! I didn't know Sweet Chariot was fragrant. I've got two coming from Sequoia. Fragrance will be a bonus!

Comparing to other mini's, this is the most fragrant mini I have ever had! Though it's definitely not comparable to Mr. Lincoln. The Sweet Chariot is very cute and prolific too. You will love her :)

It must be my nose, but SC is not always strongly fragrant to me. On the other hand, I find Pacesetter and Linville always scented. But when SC shows me her fragrance, it is great! :-)

Fragrance and the perception of it is different for every single person. There are some people who do not find roses such as Chrysler Imperial or Sunsprite frangrant, yet think other roses are highly fragrant when to most, they are light or medium at best. I fall into this category too. To my nose, Ingrid Bergman is one of the most fragrant roses I've ever smelled, yet most people would label it light or medium at best.
