That is about how my Super Round looks now too here in coastal Orange County. But it did warm up in color in July, and back in September. Here is a picture from late July, just 2 miles from the ocean.

But as with yours, always covered with blooms but no scent at all :(

and here it was last week, back to faded off-white

Ooh, that's a lovely inflo on your plumies, Rox and Mike. It looks a lot like a couple of other JJ's like J-4 and Thai Surprise.

Both of your Super Round inflos are just loaded with beautiful blooms! Mine are much more sparse. I got some color briefly after that heatwave we had here in So Cal. It quickly returned to pale, pink/white.
