My plumeria is 13 years old, and this year is the first year of flowering, due to some bad advice from my local garden center. ie, very little water. Then, this year, I watered it a lot , and it went crazy. My question is, the little squarish stalk that the flowers came from. Now it is October, and the flowers have gone, should I cut this stalk off, or just leave it.
