'Little Jackie' was introduced by Nor'East and while HelpMeFind doesn't list this nursery as having it, you might contact them to see if they still carry it.
Also a mini rose named, 'Jackie' was introduced by Ralph Moore, so you might contact Sequoia Nursery to see if they still have this cultivar available.

Ralph Moore has bred two roses, one is 'Jackie' and the other is 'Climbing Jackie'. I know for certain that the climbing one is now available from Sequoia Nursery, and 'Jackie' may now be as well. I really like the climbing one. Call Carolyn and ask: 559-732-0309

Little Jackie is on the Nor'East website. You can find it under the "rose by name" heading.

Little Jackie is on the limited editions list at NorEast. I just ordered it, but I don't know how many they have left. They grow the limited editions in small quantities. Good luck.
