You're right not to trust what the card says. They mention it growing inside because they are treating it as a temporary plant, just as if you had gotten a dozen cut roses. You would enjoy them for a week and then throw them out. That being said, they can make excellent plants for the garden. I would plant it outside as soon as possible.

I was wondering the same thing . My mother Just Got a pot of Chica Kordana Miniature Roses for Mothers Day and she also thought by reading the tag that they was to be a inside plant it is very beautiful she was getting ready to plant them outside and the she was reading the tag that came with it and she understood it to not to be put outside but to stay inside so i thought i would help her find out. So she can plant them outside? Would appericate any help! Thank You Misty_24

Well I dont know. I did plant mine outside. One died within a week and the other about a month ago. I have four other minis out there and they are doing fine but none are Chica Kordana. So I really dont know.

These are "throw away roses" developed in Europe where you can buy them in every little & BIG store.
They are bred to last just until the blooms are finish and then throw them away.

Just as with the regular minis, when planting them outside they should have shade for 1 to 2 weeks and then gradually give them sun. Maybe then they will survive.
