Which mini would look good in containers on my front steps?

HI. I decided to get 2 sweet chariots to put in hanging baskets in my back yard.

Now I want 2 mini's to put in containers on my front steps. I know I love Minnie Pearl and Amy Grant and Jeanne Keanelly but not sure how they would look in containers. They will be on my front steps to my house. My house is white.

Any ideas of which mini would grow nice in small containers? And any color would be good (although I'm not sure how white would look up against my white house).

Which mini should I get?

HI Suz. I guess about 16" diameter would be the max. My front stairs are not big and I have to leave enough room for us to walk in and out.

Any suggestions? Scent would be great, since I sit on my front steps all the time (can you tell I was born in Brooklyn??)
