Spring is coming...what to do with mini roses?

Last summer I planted my first mini roses, in the little raised bed I built in front of my apartment. The roses were the Parade and Kordana varieties from the grocery store, 3 for $10. Outdoors, they grew mightily UNTIL they came down with bad black spot disease. I sprayed them with an anti-black spot spray and removed all the affected leaves I could see.

Now that spring is (s-l-o-w-l-y) on its way, what should I be doing for my little guys? Should I spray again in a few weeks or give up on them and plant new minis?

Thanks for any help.
