My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Off the roof

This morning I pulled all nine Plumerias is out of their containers. They still barely fit one by one in the elevator. Next year may be a different story. A few broken tips but all on all they did just fine.
