I know nothing about roses! So I was wondering if someone could please help me. I'm looking for a small yellow rose bush that I can use as a border. I would like it no higher than 12-16". The lower the better. I have looked through some of the post here and realize that most rose bushes are prone to black spots, so one that is resistant would be ideal.

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
