Give them away to the unsuspecting........

Pickle some mixed jars, throw in some annuum's too. After a month or two the flavors will combine.
Vacuum wrap and freeze a bunch. The equipment isn't too expensive (plastic re-fills are cheap on ebay and amazon).
You can also dehydrate some whole, store them that way and grind them up as you need them.

Make some sauce, or ridiculously hot salsa, or chili oil for that matter.

Pickling's the best idea, throw one of those babies in every jar of pickled cucumbers, or onions, or carrots, or whatever you got. The flavor stays preserved, tho the heat is slightly diminished.

The easiest way to get rid of a ton is through salsa - substitute all of the "peppers" in the recipe with superhots.

The most fun idea is to toss a couple in a bottle and fill it with vodka. Best f-n Bloody Marys ever.

roast them over hardwood charcoal (maybe throw in some applewood chunks), then make hot sauce with it in a blender (with garlic, vinegar, salt, a spoonful of tomato paste, a grated up carrot, and whatever spices you like). boil it up and bottle it hot, and it'll keep for a long time. I just killed my first bottle of roasted ghost sauce, and only have one left. so I'm gonna make some more tomorrow.
