I had petunias in my pots last year.

I try to do color leaves so I use...Coleus, varigated ivy, Heuchera (coral bells).

I have used....

-Complimenting color coleus..red roses and coleus that have red in the leaves or any color rose/coleus matching colors.

-Yellow roses look great with purple coral bells,

-Varigated ivy is good if you like monochromatic arrangement. -green/white leaves ivy with white and light pink roses.
