Oh, I saw tons of ghost pepper products in a hot sauce type store in Eureka Springs Arkansas this past weekend. I was too much of a weeny to taste any though ;)

Our local does 18 wings with a choice of ghost sauce, habanero or barbecue. It's one of my favourite dishes.

They also do a burger with ghost pepper sauce which is also fairly awesom ;)

Almost every "Ghost" preparation that I've seen has actually used Naga peppers.

Not-so-fresh ones are even in our small town grocery store (part of a chain). I was tempted to mark the boxes to see if they're the same two I keep seeing each week. ;)

Sauce is a small portion of total food cost.
If it sells, why not. Tabasco has dominated the field for a long long time. Now more are coming, including our own Judo_and_ peppers.
I have made more hot sauce within past 12 months than all my life before that. I think Capsaicin is finally getting the respect it deserves, in America. :-)
