For the past three years I have had a rose that has never had even one bud. I'm not sure what kind it is but I originally put it in a spot that did not have great sun, probably 3 hours a day. This year I decided to take on the best project I've ever decided to do (except have kids!). I made a 50 ft X 2 to 5 ft perennial garden. The size is so odd because it runs between my property fence and the driveway. I Miracle Grow at least once a week and even put coffee grounds around the stems and the soil (I'm not sure if that's really a wives tale or not.). It gets more sun in this location. I enclosed a picture, but I just went out and took it and it is night time, but you can still get an idea. It grew big but still not one bud. The rose to the left is doing well but I would be extremely appreciative to any suggestions on what would make it produce roses. Thanks to all! Mary Jay
