Knowing where you live would be very helpful in determining what the weather conditions have been like. Weather often effects roses, It's hard to tell from the picture what is going on. Are the leaves yellowing or turning brown? Are they wilting? Newly transplanted roses need some extra watering to settle in and it's not unusual for them to go through a period of shock. Keep them well watered but not soggy wet and do not fertilize them until you see new growth coming on them.
