I have 6 six minature roses hanging in pots on my front porch. 3 of them are under hanging baskets of portulacas. When I water the portulacas, the water runs out of the drainage holes into the pots of miniature roses. The 3 that are under the portulacas are yellow and not blooming. The 3 that are not under the portulacas are looking great and blooming. Could the portulacas be my problem? Thanks, Joe
