John's has Scentsational. Can't find a new source for Herbie yet. I need a new one too, and I didn't take good care of the last one I received from Nor'East.

Two Sisters Roses also has Scentsational.

I have Herbie and Scentsational. But I think both are still under patent. And I too have seen Scentsational for sale but not Herbie. Check out an earlier post that lists a lot of vendors that sell miniatures. Rosemainia is a vendor that is offering minis that Nor'East sold.

Tiny Petals Nursery says Herbie was introduced on January 1, 1987. It lists patent under HMF but, I am not a paid member I know you can do the search another way. But, it is over 20 years old. So, not sure of the patent. I have never tried Herbie, Scentsational is a good mini so far in my opinion.
