What size are your containers?

I find that smaller containers will often produce smaller fruit.

Are you fertilizing?

although i don't know the exact size of the containers I would say my bell pepper is in like a 14in. diameter container and is almost 4 ft. tall. My jalapeno plant is in a smaller probably like 12 in. container and is like 2 feet tall. The peppers are all growing but just not growing big. I haven't fertilized, because I don't actually know what that means and since I only have Lowes and Home depot to shop at I also don't know what brand of products I should purchase. It could be container size, nutrients, or time that will ultimately limit the size of your peppers.

Most folks don't like fertilizing while fruit is setting, but I fertilize at very light doses continuously.

I use Foliage Pro 9-3-6 at half-strength or quarter-strength.
