I purchased a Kordana miniature rose plant in August. I keep it on a window seat and water it regularly. It grew quickly and there were many blooms up until 10 days ago. It suddenly stopped showing signs of blooming and has begun to deteriorate. I've attached a photo. This is my second attempt at a rose plant indoors, and I'd like to figure out what's wrong. I moved it back from the window to make sure the cold outside the window wasn't bothering it (I'm in upstate NY). Has it outlived it's blooming life? Has it gone into a different state for winter? I was hoping it would bloom all year. Thanks.
