Special thanks to AJSMAMA for recommending the book "The Joy of Pickling"

I used a recipe that AJS recommended for pickled peppers and really liked it, so I decided to order the book. Most of my pickling/canning recipes are old farm recipes from my great grandparents and they work great, but I have been eating them my entire life. Though I will still always make these staples, THE JOY OF PICKLING offers over 200 recipes. I wish I had the book before the garden was done! Now I can read this book all winter and plan out what I will plant next spring...thanks for the tip AJS
