Hot Cherry Peppers

Greetings,

This year I planted three hot cherry pepper plants someone had given me. The plants at first, produced one or two healthy peppers each and I thought they were done. After a hot spell in sept., they all began to flower and grow peppers. Now I have a few dozen golfball sized peppers. I'm the only one in the family who likes hot peppers and don't want them to go to waste. What would be some ways to preserve them? I would like to chop and preserve them even though there aren't that many of them. Even if I could get a half pint out of them I would be satisfied. I have the ability to pressure can. Does anyone have a recipe for pressure canning a small amount of hot peppers? Thanks for your help. - Ardee.
