I have a large, established Westerland rose that I'm ready to part with. It is 4 years old. In my climate (zone 9/19 in southern California) it grows like a climber with long arching canes that I tie to the fence.

The scent is wonderful. I'd describe it as fruity/spicy.

The color is beautiful. In cool weather it is a mix of orange/yellow/pink. In hot weather it is a stronger orange. In winter it has large red hips.

If you are interested, I'll help you dig it up. We have plenty of shovels and I'll also provide drinks and snacks. :-)
