I'm looking for cuttings, rooted or not. Will pay for postage, etc., or pick them up if a person is close to me (Northern Va./Washington DC metro area).

I can trade small Madame Plantier plants, 1 year old, or cuttings, rooted or not, of swamp rose, Picayune, Sweet Chariot, Vineyard Song, Mary Washington, Mount Vernon Purple Noisette, or Pompon de Bourgogne.
