I have tried a few pepper drinks like chili beer and lemonade. I would not recommend them. I love peppers and I love beer but I say eat some peppers and drink some beer. I don't think peppers are for drinking.

dave's cave creek chile beer is nothing to write home about to me, but boy howdy i sure do love rogue chipotle ale.

fermentation just turns the sugars into co2 so the heat stays in.

i'll have to try the jalapeño lemonade next year as i've already processed my harvest for the growing season. sounds like good stuff!

i love growing peppers and making beer and wine, but mixing the 2 hobbies sounds nauseating.

Guess you have to be a bit of a "chilli-head" to appreciate the mix!
Half a jalapeno in a 700ml bottle of beer makes for an interesting drink.
If anyone can post a recipe for brewed chilli lemonade, I'd be grateful. Thanks.
