My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

rose cuttings in winter

I can't throw anything away... so I have half a rose bush from the cuttings in water... kinda pretty in a thorny way. Leaves and nubs for stems are growing no roots yet. I'm excited to read what's here and after I get back from the Dr excited to read some more.
